Hello I was wondering if anyone have had that problem.
When I ran the removal program and restarted my computer
that is when a error massage came up and said RUNDLL.
Then another message came up telling me to enable and my
firewall it is no where tobe found. I had to do a system
restore to get it back. I'm using the installed windows
firewall version. IF Anyone can help please do. And if
Microsoft see this then please speak up!!!!!! Why would
my FIRE WALL GET INVOLED in protecting my computer!!!!

What you have experienced is one of the problems caused by spyware. Certain
software--both legitimate safe software and other software you did not
intend to install, can insert itself into the networking stack in such a way
that networking breaks when the component is removed.

This is what happened to you. The component removed might have been a piece
of spyware, or it might have been a false positive identification of
legitimate software. The answer to that question would be in the
cleaner.log file in the directory in which Microsoft Antispyware was
installed.

Should you wish to re-try the cleaning operation, this issue is relatively
easy to fix, particularly on Windows XP, Service Pack 2. Microsoft has a
full description of the issue and the fix, in the following Microsoft
Knowledge base article:

http://support.microsoft.com/kb/892350

After the above procedure, you may need to reinstall any legitimate
applications which have inserted themselves into the Winsock stack. There
may also be appearance flaws in the network connections property page about
whether or not the firewall is enabled on a given connection. Disabling,
and then Enabling the firewall on a given connection will correct the
appearance issue.

Get Zone Alarm free program. Microsofts program is very
basic to say the leave and offers good but basic
protection.
