Finding windows picture viewer within Windows folders

Hi,

I've done all the things suggested in other peoples questions to make
Windows picture viewer back to the default viewer for pictures, but my query
is this ..... I'm using Thunderbird and I need to give the program the path
for the picture viewer in order for Thunderbird to open it up.

And I can't find where the picture viewer is located!

I can save the picture onto my PC and then open the pic and the pic will
open in the correct viewer but does anyone know where I can point Thunderbird
to in order for the program to know to use the windows default viewer?

It is a dll. You have to use rundll32 to work with WinPc&FxV :
rundll32.exe C:\WINDOWS\System32\shimgvw.dll,ImageView_Fullscreen
"Image Path"
