finding incoming mail server and outgoing

I am tryin to fowd some emails to another email acct and windows wont let me
bcuz i dont know my server..I use (e-mail address removed)..this is the error
report i keep recvng...

Please do not use 'text speak', us old guys have difficulty with it

Try:

incoming mail server: pop-server.stny.rr.com
outgoing mail server: smtp-server.stny.rr.com

That URL is appropriate for South Carolina ("sc"), but RoadRunner
has different server names based on one's geographic location.
