Finding an asterisk

How can I search/find an asterisk in a cell? I've tried
and the find dialog box locates cells with any text. I'm
trying to find a cell that contains three asteriskx.

Precede the * in the Find box with a tilde, eg ~*

Also works when you want to search for a ?:

~?

To search for a tilde, use two:

~~
