Find who is logged onto a certain PC

At work we use a database in our group. Sometimes when you open it up it
tells that someone has currently got exclusive access to it. However the
message only lists the name of the computer that is using the database, and
not the user. How can I find out what user is currently logged onto a
specific network PC?

Thanks,

Stephen.
