Hi,

Is there a way to specify the type of field to find and replace? I need to
find all SEQ fields followed by a tab.

Thanks.

To remove only the SEQ fields followed by a tab, you will have to do this in
stages.
1. Toggle the field codes (ALT+F9) and copy the SEQ field to the clipboard.
2. Replace ^d SEQ with &&&&&&
3. Replace &&&&&&^t with nothing
4. Replace &&&&&& with ^c
5. Toggle the field code display again
6. CTRL+A then F9 to update the fields and show the new values.
To search for all the SEQ fields of a certain identifier, you can add the
identifier name to the search eg
^d SEQ Identifier
