find internet message headers in spam email

My ISP (roadrunner) will help with spam if I forward the spam, with the
email's headers showing, to roadrunner. But in Outlook 2000 SP3 the View,
Properties selection has only the general tab, not one with details for the
spam emails.

How can I find the header info?

Right click on the mail item, choose Options. The full header will show
there where you can copy & paste it into an item to your ISP
