Find and Replace in Multiple HTML Files with an Excel list

I have ten html files that have various hyperlinks..I have an excel list that
has the old link and the new link in two separate columns. What is the best
way to make this work? I tried to find some utilities but they only work in
Excel or Word.

Any help would be appreciated.
