Filtering by a calculated field/control

I'm using Access 2002 and I have a database which calculates services hours.
If the students have completed the required # of hours, then the calculated
field I set up returns a yes or no value. I would like to sort the records
based on the yes or no value for this calculated field but I can't. Can
someone please tell me how I can do this and if it isn't possible, how I can
get around it?

Create a query to use as the RecordSource for the form.
Move the calcuation into the query, i.e. type it into the Field row.
You can then sort or filter on the calculated field.
