Filling in the Blanks

I am trying to connect to a computer at work. Both machines are running XP pro.

The work machine is using a Linksys router to share internet connection, and
has the hardware firewall up. It also has the SP2 firewall in place. I set it
up to accept remote connections. I did the www.whatsmyip.com from that
machine to get its IP address.
The network is called 'OFFICE', the machine is 'Comp One'.

How do I fill in the blanks from my home machine, in terms of;

Computer:
User Name:
Password:
Domain:

Sorry if this is easy, but I've tried many, many variations on filling in
the blanks. I suspect that the router is keeping me out, but I also need to
know if you have to fill in the full root location of the computer in the
User name...like OFFICE/Comp One/User Name...
