Whenever I e-mail inserted images or attached files in Outlook 2007,some
people get it and some of the recipients receive the e-mail. It shows as
having been sent, but no one received it. The recipients do receive my
e-mails without images or
attachments. Does anyone no if this is simply a settings problem I've
overlooked?

Do those recipients who get the email only use an email client other than
Outlook? If so, then you are probably sending email using Outlook's default
format - Rich Text.
Try changing the email format to either plain text or HTML and see if the
problem goes away...

Thank you for the help, but it's not working

There's also a per-contact setting that controls the outgoing format of the
message and overrides the default format you've chosen. On the contact record
of one of the people not seeing the attachments. Double-click the e-mail
address. At the bottom of the dialogue that opens, do you see an "Internet
format" drop-down? If so, what does it say?

What is not working?
Were the settings as indicated and you are still experiencing the issue or
are you unable the settings as indicated?

"Not working" is much too vague to work with if you want to troubleshoot
this any further.

Do you have a virus scanner that integrates with Outlook? Uninstall/disable
this integration and try again.
See http://www.msoutlook.info/question/20

When you send a Plain Text message with an attachment to those contacts;
-does the attachment arrive?
-in which format is the message received?

Same as above but then for a HTML formatted message?

certainly don't intend to step on toes.
