Filenames - coloration

How do I find out the significance of filenames when Windows XP applies
colors to them. Case in point: filenames are usually BLACK, but recently I
got a set of files displayed in BLUE (whereas I know if they happen to be in
GREEN it means the files are encrypted - but the significance of BLUE eludes
me) can anyone advise please? Thanks!

Black is normal, blue is compressed and green is encrypted.
WinXP automatically compresses files that do not get used frequently.
You can alter this if desired in Windows Explorer-Tools-Folder
Options-View - "Show encrypted or compressed NTFS files in color"

Blue indicates a compressed file.
