Filename/location where cached email addresses are kept? 2003

When I swap users computers I like to give them new clean profiles. However
there is some Outlook data that is very useful to copy over to the new. I
need to find out where/what the filename is that stores their cached email
addresses of people that they have sent to in the past, and to who they have
replied to. Platform: Windows XP Pro with Office 2003 Pro.
