File Upload Form not working

I'm having a problem with a file submit form on my subdomain. After I click
on the submit button I receive this message:

FrontPage Error.
User: please report details to this site's webmaster.

Webmaster: please see the server's system log for more details.

When I view the error log on my control panel this is what I see:
[Wed Apr 5 20:15:56 2006] [error] [client 208.252.179.26] File does not
exist: /home/winning/public_html/mxrocktrack/403.shtml

Here is the link to the page that the form is on:
http://www.mxrocktrack.winning-ribbons.com/photo.htm

I've just been testing the upload functionality of the form by attempting to
upload a small .jpg image.
So any small file would be fine to test upload.

I contacted my webhost & they were no help at all.

Hi JoesGirl,

-I would create a new folder .. . name it upload or something simple. The
following isn't a good path images/Friends_Gallery/

-As to the upload itself, you will need a Windows server and 2002
extensions. Also, if I remember correctly, the file size limit is 1MB.

-Your host will have to allow anonymous uoloading.

-You will need to open your site live and then the new folder in order to
set the permissions to "Allow anonymous scripts to be run".

-I have a working example here and a link to a comprehensive tutorial link
as well.

PS The "FrontPage Error" message can appear as a result of form properties
setting or extensions (primarily).

Thanks for your help. What it appears to boil down to is I need a Windows
Server. This site is not on one.

I have another site on another host with the same type of form and that one
works fine, so I couldn't figure out what the problem was with this one. The
server type never occured to me.

Thanks again!
