File Types

I would appreciate any help on these two questions:

Question 1) I have an abundance of File Types and File Extentions in the
Folder Options folder that I do not believe belong there. My son was messing
with my computer. He got into the Folder Options File Types and did changes
in the Advanced Edit File Types. Is there anything I can do to fix or reload
my File Types and Files Extentions. If I delete them will they automaticly
be fixed when I restart my computer?
Question 2) In my desktop properties folder in the list of Backgrounds,
I have some background pictures that I browsed and added which I would like
to delete. How can I delete these Desktop Background Pictures?

Don't worry about the File Types and File Extensions. Deleting any or some
may cause you major problems later on. Go here for more info:
