File Transfer

Hello Guys & Dolls,

I have a wifi home network with 1 - desktop and 2 -laptops, with one laptop
wireless and the other two wired.

When I am within my network (at home), I do not have problems transferring
files between workstations via drag and drop between workstations. My
broadband connection has static ip and it is forwarded to my desktop ip,
which I am using as a fax server and data storage. My problem is when I am
away from home and connect to the desktop remotely, I cannot transfer files
via drag and drop from my desktop and my laptop. What kind of permissions do
I have to modify on my desktop to allow me to drag and drop files from my
desktop to my laptop via remote access. My id with admin capability is
identical and the same on all my workstations.

Your help on this is greatly appreciated.
