File systems, SDI disks and CF - OH MY!

Hey guys, I got sdi2hd working. Right now when I create an image I have the FAT component and the associated loader in the configuration file. I have a couple questions though...

When I create an sdi disk, I create it in FAT, not FAT32 with winxp disk management. Does the Embedded Components "FAT" support fat32 as well. In otherwords when I initialize and partition the sdi disk, can I do it in fat32 or does it have to be just standard FAT

Should I stay in the FAT file format, or should I move to NTFS? are there any real boot/performace increases in the embedded os

I am using an compact flash drive, does it matter wether I use FAT or NTFS

THANK

Lastly
