hello!

i'd like to know whether Windows XP Family Edition allows to securely delete
files from the hard-drive so that they can't be recovered ? (ie has it a
file-shredder rewriting over files)

same question about tracks of activity in Windows, is it possible to
securely delete them?

same question about ad/spyware protection

and same questions for XP Pro...

i mean is there such a software built-in Windows XP Family Edition/Windows XP
Pro?? (otherwise it is necessary to choose one on download.com !)
