File Sharing Problems.

I am using two network PC's with XP Pro to receive incoming PDF's from a
remote Xerox DC900 (Scanner). To do this, I have a shared folder where the
PDF's are dropped.

When I log off and log on again, the folder has been disabled from sharing,
it says Windows Security has prevented the sharing.

The Windows firewall is not activated so I don't understand why it keeps
reverting it.

When I go into the properties of the folder, I have to enable it again to
share.

Any Solutions?

I changed the Group Policy, but it reset to the guest account when I looged
off aned back on. It's a Netware network, do you think that could be
resetting all the accounts?
