File Sharing Problem

I'm having a strange problem with my home network. I have three XP (2
hard wired & 1 wireless all to the same router) machines. The problem
I'm having is on the wireless machine. I can't seem to reach it in
Network Neighborhood when it is wireless. I can see shared files from
wired machines using the wireless machine, but not the other way
around.

Here the strangest part - if I plug in to the router everything works
fine. When I unplug the wireless machine it continues to work fine
for some undetermined time frame (at least 10 - 15 minutes). Today I
kept refreshing the network neighborhood and it continued to work for
over 30 minutes (I believe this is a browser type problem and by
refreshing it kept whatever is going wrong active - I stopped
refreshing, it didn't just stop working out of the blue ). Once I
stopped refreshing it stopped working in a short period of time (10+
minutes).

I've been using browstat to troubleshoot and I say it's a browser
problem, but I'm confused. Today I noticed that computer browser
service was being stopped some how. I restarted, and did some playing
around and it did not appear to matter for my problem whether it was
running or not. Meaning I shut off, plugged into router and everything
worked. Unplugged and went wireless and everything worked (until I
let sit idle for 10 minutes or so).

Appreciate any ideas.

If you see changes when the computer is idle, check the power saving settings
for the WiFi.

I did an update (Bios, drivers, & software) to the laptop and the
problem is gone.

Thanks for the help.
