file rights

Hello,
I have one network shared folder on windows 2003 server with many
subfolders.
1. How can I allow users to create/modify/delete folder and files only
from folder levels 2 and down while not being allowed to create
folders/files in the first 2 levels?
2. Is there a way to prevent users to delete files/folders while
giving them create/append rights?
Thank you

Start\Run\Gpedit.msc\Computer Configuration\Administrative Templates\System and that
is where you can give permission and set it custom as you would like

Next : Next time post in the Win 2003 groups. public.windows.server.general or
public.windows.server.setup
