file & print sharing

I have a Linsys WRT54G Wireless Network Router.
4 computers = 2 wireless - 2 wired.
My internet connection works fine on all computers.
I have run the network setup wizard on all computers.
File and print sharing is enabled.

My computers do no show up in "my network places" or in
"view network computers".

What did you tell the wizard when it asked how your computers connect
to the Internet?

If you said "directly to the Internet" or "through a network hub", the
wizard enabled XP's Internet connection firewall to protect your
computers from access by other Internet users. That also prevents
them from seeing each other. The right answer is "through a
residential gateway", which is the wizard's term for your router.

Check your router's documentation and see if there are any settings
you need to make to enable file sharing through the router.

Un-install all firewall programs (ZoneAlarm, Norton Internet Security,
etc) while troubleshooting. Don't install them until everything is
working. Your router acts as a firewall, preventing other Internet
users from accessing your network.

Enable NetBIOS Over TCP/IP on all computers:

1. Open the Network Connections folder.
2. Right click the local area network connection and click Properties.
3. Double click Internet Protocol (TCP/IP).
4. Click Advanced.
5. Click WINS.
6. Click the Enable NetBIOS Over TCP/IP button.
