File permissions

I have a user that is getting an access denied when trying to rename a folder.

The user has full control over a folder, but when we look at the properties
of the folder it is marked as RO. I uncheck the RO box, hit apply, tag is to
propegate to all subfolders, and click okay. We still cannot rename the
folder.

Any ideas?

If any part of this folder-tree is open in another Explorer window (or other
program, including command-prompts) it wil not be possible to rename it. This
might be the reason. The same is true if a system-process has a file open
within it.

Also, to change the permissions on the folder the user must either be the
owner, or else must have access-rights control.
