Windows XP File origin: 437 OEM United states

I am trying to run a wizard on excel called "import external data". i need a option 437 OEM United States for my file origin selection. My Excel doesnot give me that option. only option that i have is "Macintosh, Windows(ANSI) and MS-DOS (PC-8).
Is there a way to get that option? Is it cause it needs different version of microsoft office?
My version is 2000.

I found answer to my own thread thought i might share with everyone. It seems like "microsoft office xp" has this features and not "microsoft office 2000". I still have a follow up question on this. Is there a way to get this feature on microsoft office 2000?
