file names in blue

Seems minor, but it's been bugging me for a while. In Windows Explorer, some
of the file names are in blue, and others in black. Doesn't seem to be
related to recently used files.

I've searched the "Knowledge Base" on the MS site, with no luck. Does ANYONE
know why this happens?

Unless you have changed the default, blue means compressed, green is
encrypted.
