File Missing at Startup

When I startup, Windows searches for (and can't find) 14e10d43.exe.

I also noticed there is a file with the same name in my prefetch folder.
Occasionally I delete it, and the problem goes away.

Eventually the prefetch file recreates itself, and I can't seem to link the
..exe file to any program, or startup item.

Any search for it comes up negative, but it is referenced a few times in my
registry, however I don't want to go just deleting entries.

I have done virus scans, and adware scans. -Nothing.

Can anyone tell me where this file came from, and why it needs to run at
startup?

14e10d43.exe
