File Menu Missing

In Access 2002 the file menu is missing from the toolbar.
The software has been reloaded to no avail.

Try right-clicking on the menubar, choosing customize. Select the menu bar
in the list and click on reset.

Interesting - two reports of the file menu missing in Access 2002 on the
same day !

The other was headed Guru Stumper.
