I receive the following error when trying to load a .jpg into a machine
running 98.
Run Time error 2114 Doesn't support the format of the file
f:\clientFolders\photo\2500.jpg so it can't load the picture. I installed the
graphics filter from office 2000 pro disks 1 and 2, but still receive the
same error. I have XP machines here that do not experience this trouble. Any
suggestions as to how to get the 98 machines to accept this?
