file download - connection reset

Why do I get the following message which stops the
downloading process? :

"Internet Explorer cannot download <filename> from
download.Microsoft.comm.. The connection with the server
was reset."

Rudi,

Does this happen with all the downloads [all other servers?]. If so, deleting the TIF might help.

Delete the History folder and index.dat:
