File burn message

Every time I boot my machine I get a message that there are files to burn.
There are none and when I click the ballon it tells me to insert a disk in
my DVD-R drive.

How can I get rid of this annoying message?

Start button
Search for Burn
Open any Temporary Burn Folders and delete unwanted files. (Leave
desktop.ini)
