File Attachment - gets to some, not others

I have a distribution list to send email and sometimes a file (pdf, Excel
file or Word doc).
The same two people tell me there never receive the attached files.
Everyone else, including myself; as I am on the distribution list, receive
it. I can resend a separate, new email to them and they receive on that try
- -most times. They tell me this only happens with emails I send, and they
get attachments from others with no problem.

Is this issue an Outlook setting or something else? Is it my computer or
the receipents computer? How do I fix/resolve?

Are the two recipients external email accounts? Check to see if they use
Outlook or not. If they don't, make sure you do not use Rich Text Format to
send email, change to Plain Text or HTML. Also note that if you set Word to
be your email editor for Outlook and the version of Word is not the same as
Outlook (example: Outlook 2000 and Word 97), attachments may be stripped out.
