File As... order

I have about 160 contacts and would like to refile as First Last. I currently
have them as Last, First. Is there an easy way of globally change the order
for every entry? I have already changed the default order. I even deleted all
contacts (after exporting to pst) and re-imported them to no avail. Do I have
to do one by one?

Any input is greatly appreciated.
