File and Printer Sharing - Open Ports

I need to have file and printer sharing enabled on my client computers in
order to use my remote administration tools. Is there a way in the Windows
Firewall to block this service from everywhere, except from my specified
administrative computers? I know this can be done using IPSEC, but I would
prefer a simpler Firewall solution.
Also, what ports are open by using this service?

The Windows 2000 implementation of NetBIOS over TCP/IP is referred to as
NetBT. NetBT uses the following TCP and UDP ports:

a.. UDP port 137 (name services)
b.. UDP port 138 (datagram services)
c.. TCP port 139 (session services)
