File and Folder Problem

Hi everyone

I am having big trouble trying to delete files and copy and paste them
to other folders and am using win xp pro.
I cloned my 80gig hard drive using CasperXP ontot a new 250gig hard
drive. Windows boots up fine and lets me use the net etc BUT when I try
and move or delete files it keeps coming up with this error:

ERROR COPYING FILE OR FOLDER

CANNOT COPY ***** ACCESS IS DENIED
MAKE SURE THE DISK IS NOT FULL OR WRITE PROTECTED AND THAT THE FILE IS
NOT CURRENTLY IN USE.

When the pc boots up I get a screen with my name on it which I click on
to start windows so presumably that makes me the administrator? I am
the only user of the pc and don't really want to have to click on
anything to start the pc but haven't got a clue about user
accounts/administrators etc.
Any help to resolve this niggling problem would be much appreciated.

Do you know how I can take control of ALL files and folders on my hard
drive?
I am the only user of the pc.
