File access issue between win 2000 and win 2003 server using ASP.N

How to read a file (*.vox) read in windows 2003 server from a .Net web
application which is deployed in windows 2000 server.I have used the FileInfo
object (Exists property) to check for the availability of the file,but .Net
application is not able to access it.I have used forms authentication.......

This is a Microsoft Access (the database application that is part of Office
Professional) newsgroup.
