Figure problems during Auto build.

M

Michael Kintner

I have inserted several figures using the Insert-Reference-Caption. The
figure insert ok but when I insert my table of figures it only insert
specific figures.

I discovered that the figures only work on graphics that are used as an
inline graphic. If I change the format of the image to a Tight or Square
format and insert my reference caption the figure does not update in the
figures table.

Does anybody have a solution where if I use the Tight or Square format the
figures will update correctly in the figure table. I have over 400
different images in my document and they are all mixed.

PLEASE HELP - I need to fix this problem - Thank you in advance!

You can use frames to position graphics and captions in your document.
Make sure each graphic is positioned in line with text, select the
graphic and its caption, and on the Forms toolbar, click the Insert
Frame button.
