I am using the Count(*) function in the Report Header to count how many
records are in the whole report. Also I am using the Count(*) function in my
Group Header called "Status" . An example of a "Status" is "QUOTING". I
want to know the percentage of each status versus the total number of leads
in the whole report.

EXAMPLE:

Total # "Status" Records / Total number of ALL records

Just use a text box with an expression like:
=groupheadertextbox / reportheadertextbox
