fff files

Can anyone help please?I keep getting files beginning with
fff and followed by numbers, I have looked at your help
file number 221438 (FILES WHOSE NAME BEGINS WITH FFF
APPEAR IN WINDOWS FOLDER) and I have looked in the correct
place in my registry and I don't have the Mdm.exe file in
there, I have also uninstalled all my Office software and
disabled script debugging on my browser, and yet I still
get these files each time I boot up, The only place I can
find a Mdm.exe file is in Programme files-common files-
microsoft shared-then VS7debugged.
Please help I have no idea what to do next
