feedback form FP2002

I am trying to build a feedback form with FP2002. Everytime I try and test
it "live" I get the following error message:
Any suggestions?

Internal Server Error
The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable
to complete your request.
Please contact the server administrator, (e-mail address removed) and inform them
of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may
have caused the error.

More information about this error may be available in the server error log.

Here are you saving the form results?? If it's the _private folder does the
server have write permissions for the folder and or the file the form is
writing too.??

Hi Jesse,

It sounds like a problem with missing or corrupted FrontPage extensions on
the server. Unless you are hosting the site yourself, chances are you can't
see the error logs. You should probably run this by your host

Or, if you have the web masters control panel, log on to it and check the
error logs.
