Features for Handicapped Accessibility

2 questions.

1. I've enabled sticky keys but the feature doesn't
activate until you're logged on. I've got a handicapped
employee who needs it activated so he can press CTRL-ALT-
DEL to logon. It worked fine in Windows NT but laptop
has recently been converted to XP Professional.

2. Also, what do I change in the registry so it
remembers and auto fills in the user's name, so that all
he has to do is enter his password to logon to the
domain. It is very difficult for him to type in his
username. All he should have to do is type in his
passowrd. That was something I also had setup in NT but
don't know how to do it for XP.

Once he's logged in and comes up to his desktop, Dragon
Naturally Speaking starts up and he can most of the rest
of his work through voice commands. I just need to get
sticky keys to be available at the CTRL-ALT-DEL and have
his name filled in, and that helps immensely.

Appreciate any help.
