fbreseal question?

I know this question has been asked many many times: Is it normal for
fbreseal to create a new user after being run?

Example:
Before fbreseal: Documents and Settings\Administrator
After fbreseal: Documents and Settings\Administrator.ComputerName

I have tried setting the "System Cloning Tool" cmiRemoveUserSettings to
False.

I have tried using the fbreseal flags "-keepall", and "-keepuser".

I am at my wits end trying to figure this out. Can someone please tell
me if this is a normal thing to expect after executing fbreseal or if
there is something else that I should be looking at.


I have executed fbreseal before without this happening I am just
curious as to why this is such a hit or miss situation.

Just as much as: I tried to use fbreseal once and came to the conclusion
that it just does not correctly do what it should.
