FAXes going to wrong recepients

Using Server 20003 Standard. Random faxes are going to the wrong recepients. The banner on the top of the fax shows that it should go to the recepient that the job was submitted for, but it will go to a completely different number. It is really causing serious problems. Has anyone heard of this?

Looking at the problem I guess it's more to do with the Brooktrout boards
you have or a problem in their Fax Service Provider. Did you try contacting
their support? Since the banner shows the correct number it means Fax
Service is doing the right job & then the next components in the line is
Brooktrout's Fax Service Provider & their boards in that order.

I have contacted brooktrout and we enabled low level loggin on the board itself. I am going to monitor the situation and I will post what I find.

Mat,
We are experiencing the exact same problems with random faxes going to a different recipient than the one on the header when using 2003 Server.
Did you manage to trace the fault to the fax board itself?

Cheers,
Ian
