Fax Sheet

I want to create a fax sheet that will automatically go to the first area to
type then to the next field so I do not have to tab or use the mouse to fill
in the form and it does not change tabs already set. I have a template but I
have to use my mouse to move around it. Can anyone help?

If you need to send faxes that are more than one paragraph in length there
is no practical way to do this. You are going to have to trigger the
movement between fields (otherwise how would the document know you have
finished typing in a field) and the only practical ways to do that involve
using the keyboard or the mouse. If you are happy to use the keyboard then
create a protected form with form fields for text entry and use the tab key
to move between the fields.

An alternative would be to use macrobutton fields, which I guess is what you
may have now, and use the F11 key to move between them. Is that more
convenient than Tab?
