Fax service failed - Event viewer 32092

I can receive fax from some locations but not others. I
keep getting receiption error message while receiving fax
and the event viewer provide me the following error
message:

The Fax service failed to receive a fax. From: .
CallerId: . To: Fax. Pages: 0. Device Name: TOSHIBA
Software Modem AMR.

I will greatly appreciate if I can get any help from

Is it possible that you could be running on low memory conditions? If not we
need to look at the debug logs to look for further hints. Please contact our
MVP Russ Valentine [[email protected]] further instructions on how to enable
logging and collect the log and send it to us.
