Fax Numbers appear in Address Book when set up from Contacts Folder

When I tick "Show this folder as an e-Mail address book"
on the Outlook Adddress Book tab on the Properties of a
contact folder, the resulting address book shows all email
addresses and the business fax number. I don't want the
business fax number in my e-Mail address book. Can you
suppress it so leaving just real eMail addresses.
