When fax services was installed it did not put a fax icon in the printers
folder. Tried uninstalling/reinstalling and get the same thing. That means it
will not send or receive a fax without a fax printer. It says at the bottom
of fax console something like "fax printer not installed". I also checked the
modem in control panel to make sure it is working. I hope someone can help
with this. Thanks
