Fax console stopped working

I've recently added the fax services to both of my PCs
that are networked by a peer-to-peer connection. For a
week or so all was running fine & I was able to send fax
ok. Now when I try to send a fax nothing happens, it
doesn't even try to send.
I have no problem accessing the Internet which uses the
same modem.

Any ideas?

Can you please ensure that FAX service is dialing the right number by
looking up in the fax monitor. If the number you see there is not the right
one check the dialing rules and then phone and modem options in Control
Panel. Usually while configuring modem it will ask you to give the number to
dial to get out. Basically check the dialing rules.
