Fax Console / Fax Monitor

The fax console / fax monitor program does not work
properly. It worked fine on another computer that I got
in Sept 2003 and then that one died and I received this
replacement just a couple weeks ago and it doesn't work
on this one. Both run XP Pro and the only thing is that
the other computer had a service pack 1 and this one came
with a service pack 1a. Is there a problem with the new
update? Service pack? I can only guess that an update
did something to the program but I just dont know....
Anywonde have any ideas on what is going on or how to fix
it?

What error are you getting while using Fax console/ Fax
monitor ? Are there any events for fax in Eventvwr?
