fax and photo wizard

When I wish to print a picture the fax and photo wizard
always opens which is no problem, however it take ages to
load because it has to load 1800 files which seem to be
saved cache from web surfing.

How do I delete this unwanted content and also how do I
set the default directory that fax and photo wizard
searches in?

You can either use the Disk Cleanup Wizard, or 'Control Panel|Internet
Options' and delete the contents of the Temporary Internet Files folder.
