How do I get internet explorer favorites on the toolbar to open fully always
upon clicking favorites instead of clicking that arrow to expand it?

Which toolbar?
In IE6, there is an icon with a star on it. Is this the toolbar you mean? You can click this.

Alternatively there is a menu item named Favorites; you can also click this.

Neither of these open the lower levels i.e., folders within folders but it gets you to the first level at least

Perhaps you mean that you want to get the lower levels to open automatically. Over to someone else for this - not my area of
expertise )

In Internet Explorer 6, go to menu item "Tools|Internet Options"

Click on "Advanced" tab

Look for "Enable Personalised Favourites Menu". It will be ticked if I
am interpresting your question properly.

Click on it to remove the tick then click OK
